if you have two access servers, one access server that have live ip pool
doesnt need masquerading.. on the other hand, the second server that dont
have live ip pool needs masquerading.. your parameters on ipchains depends
what segment block you want to masquerade it.... applying below to your
second server will already work your masquerading problem to all hosts
accessing it.

ipchains -A forward -s 0.0.0.0/0 -d 0.0.0.0/0 -j MASQ

but if you want specific source ip address or segment block to masquerade,
just replace -s parameter to whatever you will allow to masquerade it.
