Use transport if you are the lowest MX for a domain and you want to
re-route the mail into another (non-public) mail server

Virtual tables are used for virtual hosting of email for multiple
domains, but all in the server itself.

this is simple: just add dlsu.edu.ph in your mydestination setting.
