hi pong,
how do you run qmail-smtpd using tcpserver?
you can bind it to an ip  address by chaging 0 smtp to
real.ip.address.here smtp
something like tcpserver -H -R -x/etc/tcp.smtp.cdb -u uid -g gid
real.ip.here.fafa 25 /var/qmail/bin/qmail-smtpd 

if in doubt check the man page for tcpserver in
http://cr.yp.to/ucspi-tcp.html

if this is not what you want you should look at smtproutes too.
