sure...get the latest source tarball of amavis, expand the source and 
read the file README.postfix. it's nicely detailed there, at the last 
part. basically, it's adding content_filter=<identifier> (like vscan) 
and then defining vscan as a pipe to amavis. easy and smooth. you also 
have to create a user to run the virus scanner. hth.
