hello sherwin.  that could be possible, but how can the system know that 
the file is already completed so it can be renamed without the indicator 
extension?  its because the users upload thru automated ftp or batch 
assisted ftp, since the're not technical people and have no idea on 
renaming files.  any other idiot-proof way that won't compromise the ftp 
automation that is being needed?  thanks.
