The boot/root disks already work and the rootdisk FS loads to RAM.  It's the
html directory that isn't, and has to be in a diskette in order to be read
by the httpd server.

I didn't use LILO or syslinux, though.  Essentially, I made use of the rdev
tool to make to boot disk bootable and set the ramdisk word such that the
system asks for the rootdisk after the kernel is loaded.
