vi /etc/lilo.conf

add your windows (hdx) partition,
ex:

other = /dev/hdb1
   label = billgates

Adjust your "timeout" options,
ex:

timeout = 60

* for 1min.

then u may add "default" to choose w/c partition to boot by default.
ex:

default = freebsdrocks

then after adjusting your lilo.conf, exit your editor and type > lilo.
