I created a python program that gives early notice to users whose email remains undelivered after four hours. Sendmail does this but qmail doesn't. Here's an attempt to fill in what might be a need for qmail users and sysads.
There might be something like this out there, but I haven't found one. Anyway, I'm releasing it because others might find it usefull, others might want to talk about python programming, and also I'd like to get a taste of OSS development, however modest.
