I don't think its the Lan Card or UTP or the HUB... I think its problem with one of the loaded modules... I have the same problem... actually almost the same error with one of my servers...
so far I havn't found what the exact problem is since the error message shows up at random times... sometimes it doesn't even show up for 2 weeks...
