hi!
  im trying to remove sshd from my system and will replace by a new
copy but im getting this results.....why is this so?

[root@redhat openssh-3.1p1]# rm /usr/local/sbin/sshd
rm: remove write-protected file `/usr/local/sbin/sshd'? y
rm: cannot unlink `/usr/local/sbin/sshd': Operation not permitted
[root@redhat openssh-3.1p1]# 

[root@redhat openssh-3.1p1]# ls -la /usr/local/sbin/sshd
-rwsr-sr-x   1 root     root       645854 May 11 13:17
/usr/local/sbin/sshd
[root@redhat openssh-3.1p1]#
