Hmm... with both Meralco and Napocor being flamed for PPA issues, maybe we
could "piggyback" to air the issue as well to the media to get the
attention. Maybe by doing that we could pressure Meralco to release the
frequency band. Imagine, the headlines would contain "Meralco found out to
hamper adaption of new technology' would sound band for Meralco. hehehe.
