check permissions on your /var/spool/mail directory. procmail should be 
able to CREATE files in that directory through (MAIL) group permissions 
at least, or somebody put a lock and didnt unlock it...delete 
/var/spool/mail/postfix.lock but be sure no imap or pop sessions are 
open for that user.
