to answer your question, use mailscanner, google and download it and configure it with you sendmail. not so sure if your inflex acts like that. scan also the cache you're using in connecting to internet, you may block viruses in your email but your user maybe downloading infected files that may possibly reside to your cache. most win viruses i encountered are polymorphic and network aware that it may even reside in your linuxbox even though it may do no harm there.
