Oddly enough, although both of my main machines run kernel 2.2.19
(they're uniprocessor), neither got indigestion today for lack of that
sshd option.   And I did quite a number of tests in and out of them.

In any event, I've just added that option for caution's sake.

(I don't do account expiration, and so wouldn't have encountered the
PAM problem described.)
