Actually, from information I pieced together from Jijo, and the Linux Security HOW-TO, 
it looks like Tatay Juan SHOULD implement ALL the four (4) items I mentioned so he can 
at least have a decent sleep at night.  The #4 item is really just to deter a 
household member from opening the case; or if they did, Tatay Juan will know about it.
