Subject: [plug] passwordless SSH Host-based authentication

hello guys,

i have been an avid user of SSH key-based authentication for quite sometime.
however,
i would like a way to do host-based authentication on SSHv2 not SSHv1. the
documentation
seems to be very sparce on this topic and i was just wondering if any of
your guys
have encountered this before.

what is host-based authentication?

a user from host A is allowed to access host B because i have authorized the
entire host A
to access host B regardless of the user. this is similar to passwordless rsh
authentication
that uses /etc/hosts.equiv or ~/.rhosts.
