Hmmm... It's been more than a year already that Nozilla ships with
ecnryption, full-strength, byt default. (It never shipped with weak
encryption, it was all or nothing). Or maybe you haven't installed it. If
you're using the RPM distribution, please check if you have installed the
PSM modules.
