192.168.80.254 is my k12ltsp server with samba common installed ( default printer is installed here ) 192.168.250 is my samba server installed 192.168.80.237 is a windows 98 and k12lstp dual option ws which is for teacher to use. from this workstation using windows98 printer setup i can see printer insalled in samba server which is comes from 192.168.80.254 ? i can finished the setup with out any problem printer is detected over network browse. But when im ready to print i will ask me a network password in order to used the printer " What is this password all about?" i tried all possible password root, present smbuser passwd, but it wont work.
