1. i did verify the existence and location of the file(deliver) and its correct from
the modified config.
2. i did check the man deliver about the -r options.
3. '-e' had been removed in the modified config.
i am just wondering about flags=R?

I'm hoping you've at least noticed that this changes the path to the
cyrus delivery program, so make sure you know where it really is on your
system.
Next I wonder if you've made an effort to read the Cyrus deliver
program's manual page. To wit:
-r address
Insert a Return-Path: header containing address
In summary, the changes do the following:
- change the path to the cyrus delivery program
- mangle email to add a "Return-Path:" header containing the sender's
address as per Postfix's information.
- strips the obsolete "-e"
