I have made updated RH 7.3 install CDs a few times myself. I got very useful instructions from the following sites:
http://www.linuxworks.com.au/redhat-installer-howto.html http://cambuca.ldhs.cetuc.puc-rio.br/RedHat7-CDs-HowTo.html You may also consider subscribing to the anaconda-devel and kickstart mailing lists of RedHat. There are a few other how-to sites you may find through Google but most of them are outdated (e.g., for RH 5.2). The redhat installer (anaconda) is written in python, but you do not need to know the language to make your own CDs. I cannot program in python myself.
