Try the following:
IN NS linux1.fnri.dost.gov.ph.
81 IN PTR linux1.fnri.dost.gov.ph.
Because you already put 141.90.202.in-addr.arpa. in the SOA, I think you
don't need to put it in the individual entries because each entry would be
appended to the $ORIGIN listed in the SOA.
