just put at your /etc/syslogd.conf file the name of the machine that you
want to be as your log server

    ex.
            # vi /etc/syslogd.conf

                        Authpriv.*;mail.*;local7*;auth.*;daemon.info
@<machine_name>

and also be sure that your /etc/rc.d/init.d/syslod file contains the
following info

                daemon klogd -m 0 -r


then restart your sylslogd service
