Q1: Do you have this in your sshd_config?

RSAAuthentication yes
PubkeyAuthentication yes
AuthorizedKeysFile     .ssh/authorized_keys

Q2: What's the output of "ssh -vvv RH_BOX2" ? This will tell where it is
getting stuck.
