i haven't found that yet either.  but, honestly, i haven't really
been looking very hard.

and the reason i didn't look so hard was, in -MCPAN -e shell,
you can say:
   force <cmd>

so for instance, if the package you want reloaded is XXX::YYY,
you could say:

   force install XXX:YYY
