[plug] bottleneck

We are currently experiencing a sudden slowdown on our webserver which is accessed by hundreds of customers for account information.  I have installed a scsi drive just recently and i am curious if this will be one major factor on the sudden slowdown of our webserver.  Are there any available utilities that can identfiy what is causing the bottleneck that slows down our web server reponses.  Am using rh 7.3   gracie
