we have been using rav and we are very happy with it.
you can configure rav to lessen your notifications to a day, every week or
even not to inform you of any.
It has built-in anti-spam functions, content filtering and group
configuration, no 3rd party software needed
We bought RAV through http://www.gen.com.ph and they have the best pricing
compared to their co-reseller
and have been very happy with their technical support team helping me with
my linux server configuration.
I even ask them of non-rav questions, hehehe
