That simply means that the connection to/from that machine is via the
registered www port, or port 80. You can use a command like:
# netstat -lnp
or
# netstat -anp
where 'n' tells netstat to show hostnames as their numeric IP addresses,
and ports using their actual port numbers. netstat uses /etc/services to
map ports to symbolic names.
Netstat's results are arranged with the first address:port as the local,
and the other, as the remote. Obvious naman siguro yung unang lumalabas
puro ikaw (inet2.lsgh.edu.ph).

You're connected to alumni.lsgh.edu.ph, local port 8888, remote port
61585. This actually looks more like alumni.lsgh.edu.ph connecting to
your port 8888.

You're connected to gs.gator.com.89.94, local port 1794, remote port 80.
And so on and so forth.

Outgoing mail certified Virus Infected.
Sent with mutt.
;)
Kidding. I just have this habit of making fun of virus-free
certification and those horrendously long "if this message is not for
you" privacy bits.
