1) SpamHaus doesn't accept submissions
2) ORDB only accepts open relays

So if you're a notorious spammer running your own /24, with no relaying, 
you don't get added to ORDB. And it takes a while before SpamHaus locks 
you out.

As I said, my "learning algorithms" are still useful because a good deal 
of spam gets past the DNSBL.
