Freeciv is cool. I'm currently playing lgeneral from lgames. It's a Panzer
General clone of sorts. Real cool if you're into turn-based strategic
simulations. Still has bugs though.
I also read that there's a Linux version Jagged Alliance, a turn-based
tactical combat simulation. Haven't tried it but the Windows version was
cool. Of course Windows kept crashing... grrrr....
It would be great if the community could help some gaming cafes switch to
open source software. We would need more games though.
