Is Nan Bourbaki your real name? I ask because the name N. Bourbaki (or Nicholas Bourbaki) is sacred to mathematicians. N. Bourbaki wrote a series of books in analysis, but the name is just a pseudonym -- the real author is a group of your mathematicians (the composition changes when the authors grow old and they are replaced by younger ones). It seems that N. Bourbaki used to be the name of a dead French general and so the group of young mathematicians felt that it was safe to use that name as "their" name. Horatio Bogbindero (William Yu) of this list is also NOT the real Horatio Bogbindero. Is your case similar? Is it alright to ask peoples' identities on this list, or is this bad taste?
