Same here. Their heldesk takes more than 3 days to answer back :P Do you
have alternatives to Unionbank EON? I like the EON account because it does
not require you to maintain a balance and I can pay my credit cards via the
web :)

The concept is good but my actual Eon Experience has been hellish.

1. My original Pop3 Eon email account was cancelled without me being
informed.
2. I rarely check my account status but when I do I am not always
successful. Various errors would appear. Most often I get MS SQL errors.
3. I got debitted twice for a Visa transaction.
4. They changed the orginal Login and Password scheme without informing me.
5. They now use the ATM PIN as password. But I never used my Eon account
for ATM purposes and I do not remember it.
6. I called the Service Center and they told me that they will reset my PIN
and give me a new one through my Eon email account. But they cancelled my
email account.
7. They created a new web based email account for me but when I tried to
access the web account it said that I have to wait because the service is
down due to an upgrade.
8. The upgrade is now up but it is based on shockwave and my Galeon browser
can not render it properly (it blinks!).
9. I used IE but I could not login.
10. I called up the Service Center and they gave me a new password. I was
able to login but my inbox is empty.
11. I have to wait 5 more days before they can reset the PIN.

Its been more than a month!!!

Grrrrrrrrr!!!!!
