In my view, crossposting is almost always a bad idea.
1. Separate lists are separate for a reason.
2. The fact that most people aren't on both lists creates various
problems, which I won't belabour.
3. The (unintended) message you're conveying is "My problem is so
urgent that multiple communities need to work on it right away!"
