A Demilitarized Zone or DMZ can be handled using ipchains. Have you tried
reading ipchains
documentation of setting up DMZ?
Maybe this site can give you an idea how to setup a Demilitarized Zone.

YES,  specially if you will only use it in your internal network or vpn.
You can also do a port forwarding.

In public IP addresses, there's 2 option you can do, The Name based
Virtualhosting and the other one is IP based Virtual hosting.
