It took UB 1 month to reset my password. Before they're asking for the last 10 digits 
of your card. And still i cant login.  Now, its the full 16 digits.  I just use it to 
check on my
balances. No ADB required but there is a 5-peso service charge on every atm 
widthrawal. ;-)
