[plug] ot: autonomous system application info

i am trying to applying for the autonomous system (as) number thru www.apnic.net. I am on the create aut-num object page... I am confused about what to place for peer-as-contacts, import, export, default. I have already checked the Guide to the APNIC AS Number Request Form. Does anyone know of any site i can access for the info i need? -- perhaps a dummies site to AS application. or if anyone can explain what the above terms are and when they should be used.
