Hello fellow Pluggers,

I'm having problems with my ISP connections. Here is the scene...

I have 2 ISP's, for the sake of this argument, let's name it ISPONE and
ISPTWO. Both connections are up already. Currently, all internet traffic
goes to ISPONE. I have checked both connections and they are working fine.
Both connections can ping and traceroute to other connections and vice versa
(using a third server outside of my network, it can ping and traceroute both
connections).

Now the problem is, when I try to route traffic to ISPTWO (making connection
to ISPTWO as the gateway), my connection to ISPONE seems to suddenly stops.
What I mean is, when I try pinging and doing traceroute going thru ISPONE it
seems the connection is not working but ISPTWO still works perfectly fine.
Using also a third server which is outside of my network (its a good thing I
have also access to other servers around Manila ;) ) It can't, can not see
the ISPONE connection, but it can still see the ISPTWO connection. When I
reset the gateway to ISPONE, both connection works perfectly fine.

My question is, how come, when I route to ISPONE gateway, both connections
are perfectly fine? But when I route to ISPTWO gateway, only ISPTWO
connection can be seen!?

I have tried manually routing some IP addr's to route to ISPTWO's gateway
(having ISPONE as the default gateway) which worked for some Class A, B and
C IP's. I found out that there where certain Class A and B addr's when I
routed them to ISPTWO, my ISPONE connection goes haywire. I can still ping
and traceroute using ISPONE but it seems when from outside my ISPONE
connection can't be seen. Even when ISPONE can't be seen outside of my
network, my other servers connected to ISPONE can still see the said server.

I hope somebody could enlighten me on what seems to be happening to my
gateways.
