If the root word is "friar" (Tagalog "prayle"), why call it
"frailocracy"?  If the term is used to refer to the direct
involvement of the clergy in the affairs of government,
should the term be friarocracy, or clericocracy (from cleric)
or jaime-sin-ocracy (from you-know-who)?  Frailocracy is easy 
to misread as "failocracy" which is what our present government 
has been successfully able to do -- fail.
