I'm looking for a symmetric key file encryption library that could be easily called by powerbuilder. Does anyone here have experience programming in windows? My search in google always comes up with xceedsoft encryption library or encrlib by encrsoft. I was hoping there is a free library. What library would the windows experts here recommend?
