any suggestions on what linux-based tool should i use to leech
a site including the php scripts?

Ariz, wget can do this.

wget CANNOT leech the PHP scripts, only the output of the PHP scripts. that businessman should've made that developer sign a contract turning over source code to him. there's no technical solution short of hacking into the developer's box and grabbing the code.

maybe, he didn't expect that a lady would do that (double standard?) and besides,
he's confident that all of the codes that he paid for resides on his web
host account.

out last option would be to rewrite the code in two weeks time. (my part-time job
would become full time then. now i'm starting to feel the headache).

thanks!
