[plug] Where have all the coders gone?

All,
Right now I'm building up a team of developers for some new projects, and I have an urgent need for people interested in coding on Linux. I've posted job openings to the list several times, but applicants are few and far between.

While I would prefer experienced hackers, I've also got entry level positions, requiring only Linux know-how and an intense desire to learn. The projects will be very interesing and challenging, involving big systems and databases.
