No, it's not for SpecOps. Here are the Linux developer requirements I posted last July, but I now have several entry-level positions available as well:

Linux/Unix Developers
=================
Job Description: Will be responsible for the design and implementation of
new systems and services, as well as the maintenance and enhancement of
existing systems.
Qualifications:
- Strong computer science background (theory as well as programming)
- Advanced knowledge in C, Unix scripting (Bourne shell, Perl, Tcl, Python,
etc.), SQL, HTML and PHP
- Familiar with the usual GNU development tools (Emacs, CVS, make, gcc, gdb,
etc.)
- Familiar with PostgreSQL and MySQL and their respective APIs
- Capable of rapidly learning and applying new technologies
- Basic Linux system administration and network administration skills
- Good English communication skills
- A team player and works well under pressure
Special note:
Please take the following free Brainbench exams: Linux Administration
(General), Written English and RDBMS Concepts. Include your transcript ID in
your resume.

For entry level positions, I'd expect Linux experience as well as college-level programming, although not necessarily on Linux.
