Please see Rick Moen's previous post. SuSE, unless you are talking about the evaluation version, is NOT FREE. It comes with various components that do not permit redistribution. There is therefore no difference ethically or legally between getting, using and distributing unlicensed copies of SuSE or, say, Microsoft Windows.
