I don't know.  I have not tried that one yet.

No.  Previous experience with digital cameras was my guide.
All these USB memory devices are visible via /dev/sdaX, and I
just had to guess which X it was.  Also vfat is the most
popular filesystem on the ram devices, but you can reformat
them as ext2.  Then you lose the capability of using SD and CF
card readers.
