i'll try to add my 2 cents (add some SNR). if you are referring to HA failover, i have done a Linux-HA failover solution using FC storage on two client sites. one with IBM Netfinity and the other with Compaq Prolinea Servers. these hardware configs are obviously expensive for proof of concept to your clients but it also works on raid boxes which support dual host scsi. we used to have a demo setup with an on-loan raid box priced about USD 2000, the manufacturer is from http://www.proware.com.tw. there are several other makes but i don't know who are their resellers in the phils. rgds, Fernando _ Philippine Linux Users Group.
