Hello pluggers!
Is there a way to find where a symbolic link was place after issuing the command ln to link a file?
I am trying to delete the file messages (yeah! i know what i am doing) but was unable to do so, instead the following error appears whenever i tried doing it:
[mylinuxbox]# rm -f /var/log/messages
rm: cannot unlink `/var/log/messages': Operation not permitted
Help,
Val
