how many of you are on the go like i do.. i use the internet wherever i am bec my work
revolves
around being online with servers i maintain... pretty much i use my notebook outside
the office
and with the help of the innovation brought about by gprs, i am able to maintain and
support my
work.... this trouble happened when i bought a GLOBE HIGH MEMORY SIM PACK because i
want to
upgrade my personal tech stuffs to give me advantage... i have disposed my old globe
sim card to
give way to a newer GLOBE SIMCARD... the story now begins. my old simcard works
seamlessly and i
can get the grps connection i need. it didnt give me any headache. at that time globe
gprs was
still free. no worry to consume my globe load credits bec it is FREE... that was a
hell lot of
surfing for me.. hehehe. now, using the same ERICSSON T68i that i use with my old sim
card, i can
no longer get the GPRS connection that i need.. i have reported several times to
GLOBE's ?UCKIN
CUSTOMER CARE people to activate my GPRS needs and advised me to wait for 24-48 hours
to take
effect. tomorrow, DEC. 7 is my 1 week timeline waiting for GLOBE's GPRS to take
effect... I STILL
DONT HAVE GPRS.. ALL I CAN SAY GLOBE IS A BIG ?UCKER!!!! GGGGGRRRRRRR!!!!

many times i have called their attention via 211 to follow up on my request... now, i
am really
mad and fed up with their service.. they always say, they will report the problem to
their
technical people, and i havent had any feedback yet on them... all i can say is that
the problem
is already internal to GLOBE's network. voice call working, sms is sending and
receiving capable..
but GPRS activation take a hell lot of time.... now, i have called their attention to
return their
new sim card and refund my money bec i cant get the service i wanted... do you know
what they told
me? ?UCKER!!!!!!!!! i cant get a refund, bec my simcard is working and gprs is OK on
their side
and i just have to wait 24-48 hours activation time. GGGRRRRRRR! i have waited way
more than 48
hours already for GPRS activation... i didnt bought the simpack at globe's business
center but i
bought it on one of their distribution dealers.. perhaps a well-known outlet on my
area. GLOBE
people told me to return it with the outlet i bought it from... WHY??? they are not
responsible
for the manufacture of GLOBE simcard? they do not support complex GLOBE network
related issues?
the only business that can resolve the problem is GLOBE itself and their business
centers
nationwide... now i am persuing returning the SIMCARD with GLOBE and refund my money
back...

i am sharing this for all of you to view the mishap i went through with their new HIGH
MEMORY
SIMCARD...
if i were you, keep your old simcard... better yet switch to another mobile provider...

hey GLOBE people, i am very discontent with your service. so dont make the claim that
you take
technology at the highest level... no wonder their are more people who admire your
competitors.
you maybe the first cellular company to get as much subscribers. but not this time,
you are
already being out run by SMART mobile users big time... AND COUNTING..
