Thanks for this tip. I forgot that the sync program assigns IP addresses to both USB and serial. Thanks for the reminder. But again, unless your desktop is connected to the Net, and unless it gateways, no one get get into your system but you and the guy on the PC, which is also you. It is actually 32MB-2G card which is seen as a vfat filesystem by the WinPC or Linux. Nice gift if your wife can see its portability value.
