I see. licq pala! Under the OnEvent tab on Licq Options, just place artsplay
or esdplay, depending on what you're using with xmms.
I was using licq before but it seems that it's still using the obsolete ICQ
protocol. You might want to try ickle. If you're also using other IMs, you
might want to try gAIM, everybuddy, and one of those Jabber clients.
