apply for dyndns for your personal dsl connection (e.g.
mylinuxbox.dyndns.org) then put it in your /etc/hosts.allow in your
company's ssh server.
sshd: allow mylinuxbox.dyndns.org

be sure you have a strong password for your authentication which dyndns.
