hi. sorry about your bad experience with the tech support. i know for a
fact that the java lite only works with IE. i think they had issues with
the code signing for netscape. we do have a java application version of
it but we're still waiting for management to approve its release.

i'm not sure if we can release the source code for that, but if you're
willing to trust the binaries, maybe we can have the classes available
for download.
